       *Ask how long it will take to sell the home.
       *Ask for staging ideas to make the home sell quicker
       *Have your Realtor explain the entire selling process which should include the following:
             -Reviewing and signing the contract once everything is agreed upon
             -Placing a for sale sign in the yard
             -Hanging a lock box on the front door or agreed upon place
             -His or Her marketing Plan for selling your home
             -Ask when brochures will be placed on the property
             -Scheduled dates for Open Houses
             -Showing time for potential Buyers
             -Availability of the agent to call you back or meet with you
             -What is done when an offer is received
             -The home inspection as well as other inspections
             -Escrow process
             -Ask the Realtor for a Seller’s net sheet so you will know approximately how much money you will net from the sale
             -What happens when escrow closes
