Robinson Ranch

Cuddled in the southern foothills of the Saddleback Mountains, Robinson Ranch is home to some of the most spectacular views in all of California. Los Angeles City lights can be seen to the west, and plenty of mountains to the north and east compose one of the most sought after sights in the state.

Robinson Ranch is notorious for its attractive land and views, safe neighborhoods, and friendly people. Though petite in size, Robinson Ranch still offers plenty to its locals and visitors such as a refreshing hike in the Cleveland National Forest, or tennis, basketball, swimming, and playgrounds for the kids.

“The Ranch,” as locals like to call it, was founded by Mr. Walter K. Robinson in 1883 and the largest portion of the land is still preserved. Because The Ranch is bordered by the Cleveland National Forest, locals and real estate investors need not worry about any further developing that could disrupt its breathtaking scenery.

Robinson Ranch offers 1 elementary school (Robinson Elementary) which is located on the South East side of the neighborhood. Most of the homes were built on spacious lots and hold up to five bedrooms.
