Newport Coast

This 7,700-acre community is located at the eastern edge of world-famous Newport Beach. Newport Coast sits in between Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. Characteristics of Newport Coast include coastal canyons, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as gorgeous neighborhoods with some of the most well designed homes in all of California.

Newport Coast was not developed until the 1980’s, which ensures quality housing and real estate development. Perhaps the most intriguing fact regarding Newport Coast is their commitment to preserving land. Approximately 75% of Newport Coast is preserved and dedicated to open space and golf courses.

Pelican Hills is one of the country’s most celebrated golf courses. The course resides high above the Pacific Ocean with views of the Laguna Hills and surrounding marinas. The course offers several fine dining options, a state of the art golf shop, and wonderful service.

The city is also home to an award-winning school system (Newport-Mesa Unified School District) as well as several recreational parks, bike trails, and miles of beaches to give residents a true sense of Southern California living.

Transportation is simple in Newport Coast. The freeways are all within a 10 minute car ride. The John Wayne airport is about a 15 minute car ride, and the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) runs right through the town.
