Las Flores

Located in Southern Orange County, Las Flores has an estimated population of just over 6,000 residents. Las Flores is known for its world-renowned championship golf courses, developed and groomed recreational parks, and its well manicured beaches. Las Flores is known as a census-designated place (CDP) and according to the United States Census Bureau, Las Flores has a total of 2 square miles of land.

Las Flores is made up of several different races, of which the majority were White, African American, and Native American There are 1,936 households within Las Flores’ limits. Students who are in grades K-12 generally attend schools within the Capistrano Unified School District. There is a number of colleges and universities located near Las Flores, including University of California at Irvine (better known as UC Irvine).

Real estate options include spacious townhomes, condominiums, large single-family homes, and of course, the lavish estate properties, many of which are nestled within one of many Las Flores’ gated communities. Condominiums and townhomes generally range from the mid-$300,000’s to the low $600,000’s. Single-family homes usually start in the low $500,000 range. As expected, the larger homes within Las Flores’ limits can climb all the way up to the million dollar range.
